Please be aware that returns due to refusal to pay import duties in your country or rejection of delivery cannot be refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased through www.seasambabeachwear.com
◈ Items must be returned to us for inspection within 30 days of delivery.
◈ Please, do not send return or exchange items without our confirmation.
◈ Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
◈ Returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Orders that do not meet these criteria will not be approved.
◈ Swimwear returned without the hygienic liner will not be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit.
◈ Refunds will only be issued for faulty goods, not for change of mind, wrong color, or size, so please choose carefully.
◈ Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
◈ Shipping fees on Returns/Exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
◈ If the package is rejected by the customer or unable to be delivered to the address as provided in the order and the items are returned to our warehouse, it may take up to 15 days for us to process the return in our system.
We advise keeping a proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been received and processed.
Please kindly note that returns are the customer's responsibility. Sea Samba is not liable for returns that are lost, undelivered, or incorrectly addressed.
IMPORTANT: We strongly advise using a traceable shipping method with proof of delivery tracking number for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
